When the life you're living no longer feels connected to the person you're becoming.
Therapy for adults and couples navigating moments of change, disconnection, and uncertainty, when relationships shift, roles change, and the path forward feels unclear.
The Places We Begin to Feel Disconnected
Relationships
Relationships evolve. Therapy can help couples understand the patterns shaping their relationship, rebuild connection, and create new ways of relating.
Parenting & Family
Parenthood, separation, and co-parenting can reshape identity, relationships, and expectations. Therapy can help you navigate these changes while staying connected to what matters.
Self & Identity
The roles we carry, the expectations we meet, and the experiences that shape us can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. Therapy offers space to explore what matters now.
Career & Purpose
Sometimes the path we've built no longer reflects what matters most. Therapy can help you explore direction, values, and what comes next.
What I Believe
I believe people rarely come to therapy because they are broken. More often, it’s because the life they’ve built no longer feels connected to the person they’re becoming.
Relationships Shape Us
We grow in relationship, and we heal in relationship.
Understanding Creates Choice
The patterns that once helped us adapt don't have to define where you go next.
Change Begins with Curiosity
Therapy isn't about becoming someone else. It's about understanding yourself more deeply.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than two decades leading creative teams and helping people navigate growth, conflict, and change. Alongside raising two children into adulthood, those experiences deepened a question that continues to guide my work today: What happens when the life we're living no longer feels connected to the person we're becoming? Today, I help adults, couples, and families better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and navigate change with greater clarity and intention.
